ENT specialist doctors suggest using 2 drops in the ear three times a day as the recommended dosage.
For significant ear wax build-up, we advise the patient to recline in a supine position with the affected ear facing upwards. Apply a generous amount of Waxrim ear drops (10-12 drops), or simply fill the external auditory canal without specific measurements. Place a small piece of cotton snugly in the outer ear canal to prevent the drops from escaping during sleep.
